As an adviser to senior executives at some of the world’s most impactful organizations, Mike helps leaders augment their capabilities as individuals, across their teams and throughout their organizations, enabling them to outperform – always with a view to giving his clients the tools they need to take the work forward in a practical, tactical way.

An ICF certified coach, with vast professional experience across several industries, Mike is well-suited to working with a range of clientele from executives at established incumbents to blossoming entrepreneurs. He has helped leaders at Fortune 500 companies as well as numerous start-up and growth companies and currently serves as a strategic adviser to the 85 mid-sized Quebec companies in QG100. Additionally, he is a successful entrepreneur – building and selling an Edtech startup (Vocaprep.com) while also founding and driving the expansion of Juniper, which has seen 30% YoY growth over the past 4 years.

Mike also regularly serves as an instructor to executives on subjects such as structured communication, feedback, and influence, both through the McGill Executive Institute and the McGill/HEC EMBA program.
